West Ham United are reportedly interest in Guillermo Maripan of Alaves.

According to Marca, West Ham are interested in securing the services of Alaves central defender Maripan in the summer transfer window.
It has been reported that the Premier League club have made a bid of €11.6m (£10.31m), but that is not good enough for the Spanish club.
Alaves sporting director Sergio Fernandez has said that any club wishing to sign the Chile international has to pay his full release clause of €25m (£22.22m).
Fernandez told Marca: “If a club wants Maripan, they must pay his termination clause of €25m.”

Good signing for West Ham United?
West Ham could do with signing a defender in the summer transfer window, and Maripan will be a good addition to manager Manuel Pellegrini’s team, as they aim to challenge for the top six in the Premier League.
The 25-year-old centre-back has done well for Alaves over the past two seasons, and having been a success in Spain, the Chile international is ready to take the next step and make a move to the Premier League.
