Fabio Borini is hoping to be back in action soon, after suffering a shoulder injury in pre-season.
One of the transfer sagas of the summer has been the one involving Fabio Borini of Liverpool. The Italian international spent last season on loan at Sunderland – and was consistently the club’s best player in a difficult campaign.
With first-team opportunities still limited at Anfield a move to the Stadium of Light would certainly be a potentially decent career move, in regards to playing time, however leaving Anfield is certainly a difficult decision to make.
Sunderland and Liverpool apparently still have a £14 million fee agreed for the player, but Borini is still considering his options before deciding on his future.
Borini suffered a shoulder injury earlier this summer and that has reportedly held up a move – especially as Borini has a history of shoulder problems to contend with.
Gus Poyet is confident of a deal coming together, and now Borini has shared some videos of himself in training.
Borini is looking in good shape and shared this Tweet to accompany his photo – where he hinted at a speedy recovery from his latest injury.
