According to El Gol Digital, Martin Odegaard wants to make his loan move to Arsenal permanent.
Odegaard joined Premier League club Arsenal on loan from Spanish and European giants Real Madrid in the summer of 2020.
It has been reported that the 22-year-old attacking midfielder has instructed his agent to start talks with Madrid over facilitating a permanent move to the Gunners in the summer of 2021.
Arsenal have offered Odegaard a big salary and the right conditions, according to the report.
The report in the Spanish news outlet has claimed that a deal that would see Odegaard stay on loan at Arsenal for another season with an obligatory purchase clause could also happen.

Odegaard has struggled to establish himself in the Madrid first team, but the youngster has been superb for Arsenal so far.
Under manager Mikel Arteta, the 22-year-old is playing regularly and is flourishing in attacking midfield.
It would make sense for the Norway international to make his loan deal permanent in the summer of 2021.
According to WhoScored, Odegaard has scored one goal in seven Premier League matches and has scored one goal in three Europa League games for Arsenal.
