Real Madrid are reportedly closing in on the signing of Tottenham Hotspur ace Christian Eriksen.

According to a report from Spanish media outlet AS, Tottenham ace Christian Eriksen has ‘verbally agreed’ to join Real Madrid this summer, although the Spanish giants will have to fork out £130 million for the Dane’s signature.
The 27-year-old’s current contract with Spurs expires in the summer of 2020, so it would make sense for the north London outfit to sell him this summer, rather than risk losing him for nothing a year later.
Eriksen is one of Tottenham’s most important players, but should they receive an offer of around £130 million for his services, it is hard to imagine someone with Daniel Levy’s business acumen turning it down.
And Spanish publication AS claims that the Denmark international has already agreed a move to Los Blancos in principle, although a fee is yet to be agreed between the two clubs.

Eriksen has been a wonderful servant to Tottenham since moving to north London in the summer of 2013, but it is looking ever more likely that his time with the club is nearing an end.
And if Madrid offer enough money, a move to the Bernabeu wold surely be the ideal solution for all parties involved.
