Liverpool are reportedly interested in signing the Barcelona winger.

According to a report from Spanish media outlet Don Balon, Barcelona are willing to listen to offers in the region of €100 million (£88.8 million) for alleged Liverpool target Ousmane Dembele.
The 21-year-old joined the Catalan giants from Borussia Dortmund in the summer of 2017, for a fee that could eventually rise to £135.5 million, according to BBC Sport, but he struggled to make much of an impact at the Camp Nou, scoring just three goals in 23 appearances in all competitions.
Don Balon claimed earlier this summer that Liverpool were interested in signing the France international, but Jürgen Klopp has since brought in Xherdan Shaqiri, so it is unclear as whether the German will want to bolster his attacking wide department further still.
A report from Don Balon this morning now suggests that Barcelona are willing to sell Dembele for a reduced fee of £88.8 million, and in today’s market, that would surely be considered as decent value for the Reds.

Liverpool have already spent close to £180 million this summer, however, so it is doubtful that Klopp would be given another £88 million to spend.
The opportunity to sign one of the world’s most exciting young talents doesn’t come around too often, though, and it might be one that proves to be too good to refuse for the Merseyside outfit.
