Don Hutchison has suggested on Twitter that Manchester United and Manchester City must be looking at Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane as a potential target in the summer transfer window.

The former Liverpool and Everton midfielder made the comment while watching Kane in action for Tottenham in the Premier League game against Leicester City in Sunday.

The England international striker scored twice for Jose Mourinho’s side, as the North London outfit maintained their chances of finishing in the Europa League places.

Hutchison, who now works as a pundit for ESPN and BT Sport, believes that the 26-year-old will be on the radar of United and City this summer, and he knows that Spurs fans will not like it.

Unlikely Tottenham Hotspur exit

While both United and City would be better teams with Kane in them, it is hard to see Tottenham sell the England international this summer.

After all, Spurs are unlikely to get a suitable replacement for the striker this summer with no Champions League football to offer next season.

Moreover, Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy will know just how frustrated fans will be if arguably the best player at the club is sold.
