Southampton got a win under their belts after beating Arsenal, with Ralph Hasenhuttl making a bright start.

Southampton defender Ryan Bertrand has seemingly taken a dig at former boss Mark Hughes on social media website Instagram.

Hughes left his post at Southampton earlier this month with Ralph Hasenhuttl coming in to replace him at St. Mary’s.

Hasenhuttl’s arrival already seems to have made an impact, as Southampton won 3-2 against Arsenal yesterday.

The Saints put in arguably their best performance of the campaign to pick up the three points.

And Bertrand’s post on social media seemed to give away what he felt about Hughes’ tactics.

Hughes endured a miserable time at Southampton, with the former Manchester United player unable to get the south coast club playing to their potential.

Hasenhuttl has arrived at Southampton with his side locked in a relegation battle, but they are now out of the bottom three.

The Saints are next in action at the weekend when they take on Huddersfield Town.
