Inter Milan are reportedly interested in Southampton attacker Mislav Orsic as a replacement for Joaquin Correa, who is believed to be a summer target for Everton.
According to Inter Live, the UEFA Champions League semi-finalists are keen on taking the Croatian international off the Saints’ hands should they manage to sell Correa this summer, with FC Inter News recently reporting that Everton want to sign the £12m-rated Argentine.
Orsic has endured a miserable spell at Southampton since joining the south coast side in January, with the 2022 FIFA World Cup semi-finalist making just five appearances in all competitions for the Saints and failing to score or register an assist.

With Southampton set for the drop, it will be no surprise to anyone to see Orsic leave the club first this summer, and Inter could now be a destination for the former Dinamo Zagreb star if they can offload Correa, a player Everton seemingly want to sign.
Indeed, whilst this deal might also hinge on the Toffees’ Premier League status, Correa looks set to leave Inter this summer regardless of if it’s Sean Dyche’s side, and this could mean Orsic soon leaving Southampton for a move to the San Siro.
Orsic signing for Inter would be quite the career move

Orsic’s Premier League spell with Southampton could not have gone any worse, with the 30-year-old failing to make any sort of impact at St. Mary’s and now doomed for a move just six months after signing. Yet joining Inter would be quite the change for the attacker.
The Nerazzurri are one of the biggest clubs in Europe and could potentially head into this summer as continental champions, and for Orsic, swapping the bench of Southampton for a starting berth at Inter could now be a more ideal move for the Croat this summer.
