Southampton, West Ham United and Everton are among the front-runners for Walcott”s signature.

Southampton are now evens favourites to sign Theo Walcott in January, after leapfrogging West Ham United and Everton.
Reports earlier this month had linked Southampton with a winter move for Walcott, who began his career at St Mary’s.

However, the Saints had been deemed less likely than fellow alleged suitors, West Ham and Everton, to pull off a deal for the Arsenal forward, with Bet Victor.
It is the Hammers [8/1] and the Toffees [6/1] who are lagging behind now though, with Southampton leading the betting at 1/1. Mauricio Pellegrino’s side are also 11/10 favourites for Walcott’s signature with Sky Bet.
Walcott has failed to start a single league game for Arsenal this season, but has still scored four goals and made another five from 13 outings in other competitions.

Manager Arsene Wenger recently insisted that Walcott will not be leaving the Emirates Stadium in January, although the player will surely have one eye on next summer’s World Cup.
Could Southampton beat West Ham United and Everton to Walcott’s signing in the January transfer window?
