West Ham have been linked with Southampton midfielder.

West Ham are keen on a move for Southampton midfielder Mario Lemina, SkySports report.
Lemina is being considered as a replacement for Pedro Obiang, who could move to Serie A.
A move to sign Lemina would not be cheap for the Hammers, as there is no way Southampton would entertain taking a loss on a player they signed for £18 million last summer.
The former Juventus midfielder showed some good signs last season but was also inconsistent, and the prospect of his sale has drawn a mixed reaction from Southampton fans.
There are some supporters who feel they must shake off their unwanted reputation as a selling club, and certainly should not be letting players leave to join teams who are not in the top six.

On the other side, Lemina’s mixed level of performances have left a brittle confidence among some fans with regard to what he can contribute this coming season.
If the club can recoup the money they spent on him, and then some – one fan claims they should demand £50 million- a sale may end up proving useful if the money can be reinvested.
