Jake Hesketh and Jake Flannigan are back from their Brewers stint and some Saints fans are eager for the former to get first-team minutes once fit.

Southampton have confirmed that youngsters Jake Hesketh and Jake Flannigan have returned to the Premier League club following their loan spells at Burton Albion.
The duo’s loan deals expired on January 2 and, although the Brewers were said to be in discussion with the Saints over extending Hesketh’s stay until the end of the season (Derby Telegraph), he suffered a hamstring injury in the Boxing Day game against Wycombe Wanderers.
Right-back Flannigan, meanwhile, was limited to a single appearance with the League One club – in September’s Checkatrade Trophy defeat to Walsall – due to a recurring knee injury and both players will now be assessed by their parent club’s medical staff.
Striker Hesketh made a big impact at the Pirelli Stadium, making 23 appearances and scoring three goals (Transfermarkt), including the winner at Middlesbrough in last month’s Carabao Cup quarter-final which put Burton in the semi-finals of a major cup for the first time in their history, up against Manchester City.

Southampton announced their return on Wednesday with a club statement on their official website which was shared on Twitter, and some fans took to the social media platform to give their thoughts on the news:
