Rangers are being linked with a whole host of players, having already pulled off a number of deals to strengthen Steven Gerrard’s squad.
The Gers have tied up permanent deals for Ianis Hagi and Jermain Defoe, whilst Jon McLaughlin and Calvin Bassey have been added.
There could still be more to come though, and rumours have emerged in recent days about a move for Amiens midfielder Bongani Zungu.
France Football reported on Friday that Rangers want to sign Zungu, who could cost between €2million to €3million (£1.8million and £2.75million) with Amiens relegated.
Zungu, 27, is predominantly a holding midfield player. He is strong and adept on the ball, whilst protecting his back four and breaking up play.
That could be a valuable addition to Gerrard’s midfield, adding a little more steel to a Rangers side who floundered in the second half of the season.

Zungu may not be a household name to Rangers fans, but he’s a star back in South Africa, having excelled with Mamelodi Sundowns and earned 29 caps for the Bafana Bafana.
South Africa fans have been taking to Twitter in order to comment on the Zungu rumours, with some desperate to see him make an ‘epic’ move to Ibrox.
Some believe that Zungu would thrive and become even better under Gerrard, whilst adding that he deserves a big move.
