Richard Keys has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to Mark Noble being appointed as the West Ham United Sporting Director.
West Ham announced on their official website this week that club legend Noble will become the new Sporting Director.
The Englishman will officially start in his role on January 2, 2023.
Noble is a West Ham legend, having played for the Hammers his entire professional club football career.
The former midfielder retired earlier this year after making 550 appearances for the first team.
Former Sky Sports and current beIN SPORT presenter Keys has praised West Ham for appointing Noble as the Sporting Director.

Richard Keys on Mark Noble becoming West Ham Sporting Director
Excellent decision
In our view, West Ham United have done a great job in appointing Mark Noble as the club’s Sporting Director.
Noble knows the Hammers inside out, and he is hugely popular among the fans.
We can be sure that whatever decision Noble makes will be for the best of the West Ham.
It will be interesting to see the new dynamic between West Ham manager David Moyes and Noble.
Until recently, Noble was playing under Moyes, and now he is effectively above him in the hierarchy.
