Some Tottenham Hotspur fans on social media have been reacting after The Times reported that they’ve stepped up their interest in Nikola Milenkovic.
Despite already signing a new centre-back in the shape of Cristian Romero, Tottenham are seemingly still in the market for a new centre-back, with the likes of Takehiro Tomiyasu and Pau Torres also linked.
Milenkovic is the latest name to emerge as a target, and with The Times reporting that he could be available for just £13m, Spurs fans believe they’re onto a winner.
In this day and age £13m for a versatile 23-year-old defender who is proven at Serie A level looks like great business, and it has to be said that there’s a bargain there to be had.
