Leeds United have added a number of new attacking options to their side.

Leeds United had a busy summer transfer window, bringing in plenty of new faces in a variety of key positions, and while some of the club’s fans were left underwhelmed they have certainly added real quality in certain areas.

But with so many new players arriving, what could it mean for the fringe men who already struggled for game-time?

With Chris Wood, Marcus Antonsson, Kemar Roofe, Hadi Sacko and Pablo Hernandez all arriving at Elland Road this summer, Souleymane Doukara could be the player to suffer most, with his game-time likely to be severely limited as a consequence.

Last season the 27-year-old made 24 appearances for Leeds in all competitions, but he can expect far less minutes in the months ahead.

A few more starts in the EFL Cup could be the best it gets for Doukara unless Leeds are struck down by injuries and suspensions to key men.

When you also factor in the January transfer window, during which Leeds fans will hope another goal-scorer is added to Garry Monk’s squad, the time could be running out for the Senegalese attacker.
