The Ivorian would be perfect in Glasgow after his Egyptian nightmare came to an end.
Ivory Coast’s Souleymane Coulibaly celebrates scoring a goal
Souleymane Coulibaly has controversially left Egyptian side Al Ahly this week. The Ivorian, who scored six goals in 12 appearances for the club, made some serious allegations about his treatment at the club and returned to England, where he previously played for Tottenham Hotspur and Peterborough United.
The BBC have since confirmed his contract has been terminated, leaving him a free agent despite seemingly breaking a contract that was due to run until 2020.

If the player is available for free however, than Rangers simply must look at bringing him to Glasgow.
There is no doubt what the 22-year-old, once considered one of the world’s best youngsters, can do in Scottish football. He proved that with former club Kilmarnock, scoring 11 goals in 26 games for the club before leaving for Egypt.
Rangers need more attacking power and Coulibaly, who scored a wondergoal v Old Firm rivals Celtic in September, could provide just that for Pedro Caixinha in the Scottish Premiership next term.
A deal may be complicated, given the manner of his Egyptian exit. But if it is possible to sign him up Rangers would be making a great move to bring the Ivorian back to Scottish football next season, and hope he continues his fine scoring form in Glasgow.
