Liverpool and Manchester City are ahead of Mauricio Pochettino’s Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League table at the moment.

Spurs are third in the league table at the moment with 54 points from 24 matches, two points behind second-placed Manchester City and seven points behind leaders Liverpool.
Son, who can operate as a winger or as forward, believes that the North London outfit can catch Liverpool and City.
The 26-year-old told The Mirror: “I don’t care if people ignore Tottenham. I don’t care if people say Liverpool or Manchester City are going to win the title. We’re still there, we’re going for it, and we’ll see what’s going to happen at the end of the season.
“Maybe I’m boring, because I always answer the same way – of course they are both very good sides, like us. But we can only focus on ourselves, and in every single game winning three points is the most important thing.
“The season still has a long way to go and so many things can happen. You can’t even imagine what will happen – we just believe in our own game and we want to win as many points as possible.”

Title challenge
Liverpool and City are the two best teams in the Premier League, and the Reds and the Citizens also play the best football.
However, Tottenham are just two points behind Pep Guardiola’s side, and the North London outfit cannot be ignored.
If Spurs get knocked out of the Champions League at the last-16 stage, then they will be able to focus solely on the Premier League, and that should worry both Liverpool and City.
Tottenham will return to action on Saturday afternoon when they take on Newcastle United at Wembley Stadium in the Premier League.
