Fernando Llorente scored a hat-trick for Tottenham Hotspur in the FA Cup on Wednesday.

Llorente scored a hat-trick in Tottenham’s 6-1 victory over Rochdale at the Wembley Stadium in London in the FA Cup fifth-round replay on Wednesday evening.
Son, who can operate as a winger or as a forward and joined Tottenham from Bayer Leverkusen in the summer of 2015 for a transfer fee reported by The Guardian to be worth £22 million, has praised his Spurs teammate.

“I’m very happy,” Son told The Independent about Llorente. “He’s a very nice guy. I think it’s his first hat trick for Tottenham and everyone is happy.
“It’s not easy to score a hat trick and for him it’s good to get his confidence back and he can score a lot more goals for us hopefully.”

Speaks volumes
Son’s comments about Llorente speak volumes about the Spain international striker, who has struggled at Tottenham so far this season.
The 33-year-old striker, who joined Spurs from Swansea City in the summer of 2017 for a transfer fee reported by Sky Sports to be worth £12 million, has even been left out of matchday squads on occasions this season.
The comments from Son, though, suggest just how professional Llorente is, and just how much his teammates want him to do well.
