Son has been linked with a move from Tottenham to Bayern.

Tottenham Hotspur attacker Son Heung-min has told ESPN that he is hellbent on helping Mauricio Pochettino earn his first trophy as Spurs manager, despite reported interest from Bayern Munich.
Son, 26, captained South Korea to Asian Games success, meaning that the former Bayer Leverkusen international missed the first four weeks of the season. He has managed just two appearances, totalling 27 minutes.
However, it now means Son does not have to undergo national service with the army. But Spurs could be without the South Korea skipper anyway, after CalcioMercato claimed Bayern Munich are interested in the attacker’s services.
But Son’s focus remains on Tottenham, where he wants to help the team even if it means he does not start every match, as the club finally look to dispel doubters by picking up their first trophy under Pochettino.
“I felt very, very sorry [about leaving],” Son said. “It’s my team. I’ve played for three years with my heart and I’ve missed four weeks of this season. When I saw the result against Watford especially, I hurt the same as the team who played in it.
“Now finally I’m back and it’s very important to make some positive energy and give the team a bit of energy. Our squad is strong. Sometimes you play, sometimes you’re on the bench, but I need to be ready for my chance and for my team.”

Son enjoyed arguably his best season at Spurs last term, scoring 18 goals and creating another 11 strikes during his 53 league and cup appearances.
He has signed a new deal at Spurs that will keep him in north London until the summer of 2023, unless he is tempted away. Bayern’s stature could certainly prove tempting, with Son having already played in Germany with Leverkusen and Hamburg.
It remains to be seen what Son decides, but for at least until January he will be pulling on a Spurs jersey.
