The Rangers youngster posted a cryptic story update on Instagram amid reports Steven Gerrard is in talks to bring another midfielder to Ibrox.
Something appears to have ‘blown the mind’ of Rangers’ Jamie Barjonas.
The young Rangers midfielder made the following post on Instagram earlier (Thursday), although it is unclear at this stage to what he is referring.
Barjonas’ story update arrived shortly after reports emerged that Rangers are in talks to sign another player in his position, in Leicester City’s Andy King.
Rangers already have Scott Arfield, Steven Davis, Ryan Jack, Glen Kamara, Joe Aribo, Greg Docherty, Graham Dorrans, Andy Halliday and Jason Holt vying for central midfield berths.
And it is possible that Barjonas’ post was in response to the King speculation – although there could be other explanations.
Barjonas has featured nine times for Rangers’ first team, but never under the current Gers boss, Steven Gerrard.
He spent the whole of last season away from Ibrox on loan to Bury initially and Raith Rovers later on.
