Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang’s hat was in Arsenal training on Wednesday, but not the player himself.
Aubameyang missed Arsenal’s win at Sheffield United this past weekend through illness and he looks a big doubt to face Slavia Prague in tonight’s massive Europa League clash.
It’s the Gunners’ biggest game of the season as they visit the Czech Republic in the second leg of a quarter-final, following last week’s 1-1 draw at the Emirates Stadium.
Despite his erratic form, the 31-year-old is still a huge player for Arsenal but it looks like he sat out Wednesday’s training session at London Colney.
At first inspection, it looked indeed like the former Borussia Dortmund hitman was there.
Aubameyang has a woolly Adidas hat that he regular wears in training, but the same hat was being worn by Dani Ceballos in Mikel Arteta’s session yesterday.
