Adama Traore has been waxing lyrical about Liverpool.
Traore, who was heavily linked with a £70 million move to Anfield during the summer transfer window, described Jurgen Klopp’s side as ‘one of the best teams around the world’ and lavished praise on Virgil van Dijk.
Speaking to the Premier League’s YouTube channel about Liverpool, the Wolves winger said: “For physicality, it would have to be Van Dijk. Defending would have to be Van Dijk again, he’s a clever player and he’s playing in one of the best teams around the world, so I think that helps too.
“Also it’s no doubt because last year he was one of the best defenders of the year in the Premier League.”

The 24-year-old might’ve been hoping that Liverpool renew their interest in January, but that ship has probably sailed.
If Jurgen Klopp does sign players next month, it’ll be central defenders.
Besides, Traore hasn’t been at the races this season and six of his 13 Premier League appearances season have been as a substitute.
There’s an abundance of potential and talent there but until he’s consistent, he won’t be calling Van Dijk his team-mate.
