Some Wolverhampton Wanderers fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to speculation regarding Tottenham Hotspur right-back Serge Aurier.
According to The Sun on Sunday (print edition, page 61, September 6, 2020), Wolves are interested in signing Aurier from Tottenham in the summer transfer window (click here to read more).
It has been reported by the British tabloid that the Wanderers are ready to make a bid for the 27-year-old Ivory Coast international right-back.
Wolves recently sold Matt Doherty to Premier League rivals Spurs, and manager Nuno is reportedly looking for a replacement for the Republic of Ireland international right-back.
The Daily Star reported in August that the former Paris Saint-Germain had turned down a move to Wolves as part of the Doherty deal, but it seems that the Wanderers are still keen on him.
With Doherty having joined Spurs, Aurier is now going to have some serous competition at right-back.
