West Ham United reportedly want to sign Thiago Mendes from Lille in the summer transfer window.

West Ham United fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to give their reaction to speculation linking the club with a move for Lille central midfielder Thiago Mendes.
According to The Times, West Ham are interested in signing Mendes from Lille in the summer transfer window.
It has been reported that the Premier League side have enquired about the 26-year-old, who is claimed to valued at £18 million by his Ligue 1 club Lille.
Newcastle United Crystal Palace and Huddersfield Town are also reported to have enquired about the Brazilian central midfielder.
The 26-year-old made 27 starts and four substitute appearances in Ligue 1 for Lille last season, scoring three goals and providing four assists in the process, according to WhoScored.
