West Ham United are reportedly ready to loan Sead Haksabanovic out despite his impressive pre-season.

A number of West Ham fans have taken to Twitter to comment on the reports emerging from Marca which have suggested that the Hammers are ready to loan Sead Haksabanovic to Malaga for the coming campaign – and it appears that the reaction is mixed.

Haksabanovic may have perhaps gone into this summer wondering what his future looked like at the London Stadium. The midfielder joined for £2.7 million, as reported by Goal, but went through his first campaign with the club without making his Premier League debut.

The 19-year-old however, did impress throughout the summer and many may have been expecting him to feature in the Hammers’ plans for the coming campaign.

He still could of course, but Marca is reporting that he is set to spend the season on loan with Manuel Pellegrini’s old side Malaga as they look to get promoted out of the second division at the first time of asking after being relegated last term.

Marca adds that Pellegrini was the driving force behind the initial contact between the two clubs, believing that the deal could be good for the Montenegro international. The report added that no future fee has been set with the Irons still seeing the teenager’s future as being with them.

There are some who believe that Haksabanovic joining Malaga on loan could be a good move for him. It appears more likely that he will get first-team football with them, so there is a belief that the deal could boost his development.

However, there are others who have admitted that they would be disappointed if he left this summer. His pre-season form has left some suggesting that he deserves to be in and around the West Ham first-team this year.
