Leeds United striker Kemar Roofe has been linked with a move this summer, and some West Bromwich Albion fans are hoping their club act.

A number of West Brom fans have taken to Twitter to react to recent reports from The Scottish Sun suggesting that Leeds may be willing to sell Kemar Roofe this summer – with several suggesting that the Baggies should put themselves back in the race to bring their former striker back to the Hawthorns.
Roofe’s future at Elland Road appears to be in some doubt. The Scottish Sun reported last week that Rangers want Roofe should they sell Alfredo Morelos, and Leeds may be willing to let the 26-year-old go for just £5 million.
The report noted that he is out of contract with Marcelo Bielsa’s side next summer, which helps explain why the Whites have seemingly not set a particularly high asking price after a campaign in which Roofe finished as the side’s top goalscorer.
A new striker has to be a priority for new Baggies boss Slaven Bilic. Dwight Gayle has returned to Newcastle United following his loan spell, and Jay Rodriguez’s return to Burnley has been confirmed on Tuesday.

The two men scored 46 goals between them in the Championship last season, so it would be no surprise if Bilic set his sights on at least two new goalscorers during the final weeks of the window.
And with Leeds reportedly not demanding a huge fee for Roofe, several supporters have suggested that he is one of the players that the Baggies should be looking at four years after he left the club.

Here is how some of the West Brom fans reacted to the reports concerning Roofe’s future…
