Some Tottenham Hotspur fans on Twitter have suggested that West Ham United could make a comeback because of Jose Mourinho’s decision to take off Tanguy Ndombele.
Ndombele was in action for Tottenham in their Premier League game against West Ham at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Sunday evening.
The France international midfielder started the match and played well, before head coach Mourinho decided to take him off and replace him with Harry Winks.
That was in the 73rd minute and Spurs were leading the London derby 3-0.
West Ham stunned Spurs in the final minutes of the match, as they scored three goals to make it 3-3.
Ndombele gave a solid performance in the middle of the park, as he made a couple of great tackles, held it together, and imposed himself on the game.
According to WhoScored, the 23-year-old had a pass accuracy of 85.1%, took 63 touches, attempted two dribbles, and made two tackles and one clearance.
Some Tottenham fans think that Ndombele being substituted helped West Ham launch a comeback in the London derby on Sunday evening.
