Some Tottenham Hotspur fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to speculation linking the club with Ronaldo Vieira.
Accoding to Italian newspaper Il Secolo XIX, Tottenham are among a number of clubs from the Premier League who are interested in signing Vieira from Sampdoria in the summer transfer window (click here to read more).
Leeds United, Burnley, Everton, Leicester City and Southampton are also reported to want the 22-year-old midfielder.
The youngster has been on the books of Sampdoria since the summer of 2018 when he joined from Leeds.
According to WhoScored, Vieira made six starts and eight substitute appearances in Serie A during the 2018-19 campaign.
During the 2019-20 campaign, the 22-year-old midfielder made 20 starts and seven substitute appearances in the league for the Italian club, providing one assist in the process, according to WhoScored.
The youngster knows English football well, having played quite successfully for Leeds in the Championship before making the move to Sampdoria in 2018.
