Grealish was in action for Villa on Saturday afternoon in their pre-season friendly game against Kidderminster Harriers.
The 22-year-old, who can operate as an attacking midfielder or as a winger, featured in the match, and the youngster did well.
The attacker has been linked with a move to Tottenham Hotspur in the summer transfer window, with The Birmingham Mail reporting that the North London club are leading the chase for the youngster.
