Moussa Sissoko has been linked with a move away from Tottenham Hotspur.
Some Tottenham Hotspur fans have responded sarcastically to Moussa Sissoko’s latest post on social networking site Twitter.
Sissoko – who earns £80,000 per week as salary, according to Spotrac.com – is part of the Tottenham squad who have travelled to the USA on their pre-season tour.
The 28-year-old France international midfielder has struggled to make a huge impact at Tottenham and has been linked with a move away.
According to Sabah Sport, Turkish giants Fenerbahce are keeping tabs on Sissoko (click here to read more).
Sissoko has made a post on Twitter suggesting that he is excited to be on tour of the USA with Spurs, but some Tottenham fans have responded sarcastically to his message.
Future bleak at Tottenham Hotspur?
Sissoko is a good midfielder, but the former Newcastle United man does struggle with inconsistency.
While the Frenchman does add depth to the Tottenham squad, he is not good enough to play regularly for Mauricio Pochettino’s side.
One should not be surprised if Tottenham do decide to cash in on Sissoko before the end of the summer transfer window.
