The report places some doubts over Mina’s potential move to Tottenham, with Barcelona wishing to dictate a set number of minutes and appearances at any club he signs on loan for.
Mina struggled to adapt after making a mid-season move from Palmeira and Barcelona are at risk of exceeding their quota of non-EU players if they sign Brazilian talent Arthur.
