Christian Pulisic’s price tag now stands at a reported £62million as clubs begin to circle around the United States international, following an excellent 2017-18 campaign – and some Spurs fans still want him despite the huge fee.

The 19-year-old had a hand in 12 goals during his 42 league and cup appearances for Dortmund last term, with 10 of those coming in 32 Bundesliga games. He scored five and laid on seven.

Now, German magazine Kicker have claimed, via Goal, that Pulisic is worth an astronomical £62million if any interested parties want to sign the exciting teenager.

The 21-time international has already attracted plenty of interest from the Premier League, but Tottenham have perhaps been the winger’s longest admirers. Kicker reported last month that Spurs had bid £44million for the youngster.

Spurs already boast plenty of options out wide in Son Heung-min, Erik Lamela, Moussa Sissoko and Lucas Moura, but that has not stopped the London club being linked with Pulisic.

Some Spurs fans are desperate for the club to buy Pulisic – despite the £62million price tag – which would completely smash the club’s current transfer record which saw them pay Ajax £42million to sign Davinson Sanchez last summer.
