Bailey has reportedly interested Spurs in the past.

Linked with a move to Tottenham Hotspur in the past, Bayer Leverkusen attacker Leon Bailey has reportedly told his club that he wants to leave the German club – and some Spurs fans are desperate to see their club move.
The Daily Mail claimed last month that Tottenham were interested in signing the 20-year-old wing wizard, after the one-time Jamaica international scored 12 goals and created six more during the 2017-18 campaign.
Now, the Mirror claim he has told Leverkusen that he is keen to move to pastures new, with Spurs’ rivals Arsenal and Chelsea also keen on landing the impressive young forward.
Bailey is valued at £40million by his club (The Sun), which would see Spurs go close to matching their current transfer record which stands at £42million paid to Ajax for centre-back Davinson Sanchez.

The youngster, who can operate on both wings and already has 121 senior appearances to his name following a stint in Belgium with Genk, has four years remaining on his current Leverkusen contract.
Some Spurs fans reacted to the news that Bailey wants to leave Leverkusen, with the majority urging chairman Daniel Levy to dig deep into his pockets and finally become active this summer – with Spurs yet to make a signing.
