Are Tottenham missing Fernando Llorente?

Tottenham Hotspur are still trying to figure out an effective plan B for Harry Kane.
Kane struck out yesterday against Newcastle, failing to score, and Spurs had no effective answer from the bench, losing 1-0.
In the second half of last season Fernando Llorente stepped up, wiping away his ineffective first 18 months at Spurs to become a vital player.
Yet Spurs did not feel Llorente was worth bringing back, and elected not to sign another striker.
After the loss to Newcastle, some fans were left questioning the wisdom of this decision.

Llorente remains a free agent. Perhaps this could be the game which causes Tottenham to reconsider?
The Evening Standard reported in July that Tottenham could bring Llorente back if a financial agreement can be found, but so far this has not happened.
If Spurs are going to bring him in, then now is the time to do it, before somebody else does…
