Some Tottenham Hotspur fans on Twitter are congratulating Ryan Sessegnon for his latest victory out on loan.
The former Fulham left-back, who joined Spurs in the summer of 2019, helped Hoffenheim to a 3-2 victory over Borussia Monchengladbach on Wednesday night.
The 20-year-old has proven himself a big hit in Germany’s top flight but there’s no doubt that Tottenham will be taking him back during the summer.

It’s fascinating to see what the future holds for Sessegnon.
Obviously Jose Mourinho didn’t seem to rate him all that highly, hence why he was loaned out to Hoffenheim under the Portuguese last summer.
But Mourinho has been fired by Tottenham and although Ryan Mason has taken charge on an interim basis, there is likely going to be another, more permanent appointment during the summer.
When Sessegnon returns, he’ll have a clean slate under Mourinho’s long-term successor and the onus is on him to impress.
