The Tottenham Hotspur striker has only played twice for Sunderland so far.

Some Sunderland fans are unhappy with the lack of minutes being given to the Mackems’ on-loan Tottenham Hotspur striker, Kazaiah Sterling.
Sterling was not introduced until second-half stoppage time as Sunderland drew 0-0 with Barnsley on Tuesday – barely adding to the 31 minutes he has played since his January move from Tottenham.
On several occasions, the 20-year-old has failed to even make Jack Ross’s matchday squad.
And this is what those of a Sunderland persuasion have had to say about his cameo at Oakwell…
Speaking via the Sunderland Echo afterwards, Ross suggested Sterling’s fortunes could improve in the coming weeks, with Duncan Watmore sidelined again.
And the following Mackems fans see the Londoner – whose performances for Tottenham’s Under-23s earned him the Premier league 2 plyer of the month award for January – as the most obvious Watmore replacement.
Third-place Sunderland remain four points behind Barnsley, who along with league leaders Luton have played a game more than their rivals from the north east.

Will Sterling’s Sunderland spell benefit the Tottenham youngster?
