Embleton has only made three appearances for Sunderland.

Sunderland’s Elliot Embleton stole the show as England beat Turkey 3-2 at the European Under-19 Championship on Tuesday.
Embleton scored a sublime third goal – having set up the previous two for Japhet Tanganga [Tottenhahm Hotspur] and Ben Brereton [Nottingham Forest] – as the Three Lions came from behind to see off their opponents in Finland.
But while many Sunderland fans are delighted with the 19-year-old’s exploits, others are concerned they could attract yet more unwanted attention, after the recent of another young Mackem, Joel Asoro to Swansea City within the past week.
This is what they’re saying on Twitter…
Embleton has only played three times for Sunderland, with each of his appearances arriving as a substitute last season.
However, the Durham-born talent looks a good bet to break into Jack Ross’s Stadium of Light plans this coming campaign.
What should Sunderland’s plan for Embleton be in 2018-19?
