Southampton talent scored pre-season winner in China.

Southampton youngster Sam Gallagher was on target as Mark Hughes’ side recorded their first pre-season win.
It was their second game in China, beating Jiangsu Suning 3-2 with Gallagher scoring the winner.
Gallagher is hoping to prove himself worthy of a first team spot for next season and did himself no harm with his goal.
The 22-year-old scored a one-on-one, finishing confidently at the goalkeeper’s near post.
Over the past two seasons Gallagher has spent more time out on loan, with spells at MK Dons, Blackburn, and most recently Birmingham City.
He made his debut back in 2013 for the Saints but has failed to kick on amid a changing cast of managers.

This is new boss Mark Hughes’ first chance to work with Gallagher and the young striker has begun well.
Will it be enough for him to get a chance to show what he can do in the Premier League?
Some Saints fans are hoping he will finally get a shot, and more pre-season opportunities are a must.
