Bolton Wanderers have been credited with interest in the Sheffield Wednesday right-back.

Sheffield Wednesday fans are reacting to reports linking Liam Palmer with a move to Bolton Wanderers.
The Sun claimed on its liveblog yesterday (Sunday) that Bolton made a late move for the Wednesday right-back and were prepared to take him on a season-long loan deal.
According to the newspaper, however, Palmer is now set to sign a new contract at Hillsborough and should be the Owls’ first choice in his position next season, following Jack Hunt’s sale to Bristol City last week.
Not all Wednesdayites are on board with that, mind, with some suggesting the Worksop native should be offloaded to allow their side to strengthen in that department.
This is what they’re saying on Twitter…
Palmer, whose existing contract is due to expire at the end of the coming campaign, featured in 14 of a possible 24 games under Jos Luhukay last season, although Hunt was absent for a chunk of that spell.
The 26-year-old has played close to 200 times for Sheffield Wednesday and was named the Owls’ player of the year for 2013-14.
Should Wednesday take Bolton up on any offer for Palmer?
