Steven Gerrard takes his Rangers side away from Ibrox in this campaign’s Europa League proper.

The Rangers manager Steven Gerrard has rotated his centre-backs throughout the campaign.
George Edmundson, Filip Helander and the more commonly-used Nikola Katic have all spent time partnering the ever-present Connor Goldson.
But ahead of Rangers’ trip to Switzerland on Thursday, for a Europa League Group G tie against BSC Young Boys, some of a Gers persuasion are calling for an end to Goldson’s run in the team, with Helander and Katic tried out instead.
This is what they are saying on Twitter…
Rangers are enjoying a good run of form, winning five successive matches following last month’s Old Firm defeat against Celtic.
But with Young Boys no mugs – they are the reigning Swiss Super League champions, in fact – Gerrard will perhaps be cautious of making too many changes.

His assistant, Gary McAllister, recently claimed that over-rotation when Rangers were in form was one of the reasons for the club’s lack of success last season.
