Glasgow Rangers winger Glenn Middleton was in action for Steven Gerrard’s Ibrox club against Bury.

Rangers fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to give their reaction to the performance of Glenn Middleton for Steven Gerrard’s side against Bury at Ibrox on Friday evening.
Middleton featured for Rangers in their pre-season friendly match against Bury at Ibrox in what was Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard’s first game in charge of the Gers.
The 18-year-old winger came on as a substitute in the 62nd minute, as the Gers hammered Bury 6-0.
The former Norwich City winger played well during his time on the pitch, as he provided two assists.
Jamie Murphy, Nikola Katic, Scott Arfield (two), Alfredo Morelos and Zak Rudden were the goalscorers for Rangers.
A strong crowd of 41,015, as stated on Rangers’ official website, were in attended at Ibrox for the encounter, which gave a glimpse into how Gerrard’s side are going play next season and how good their football can be.
