Steven Gerrard remains in the hunt for more signings.

Rangers are reportedly set to do battle with Greek giants Panathinaikos over a move for Bosnian striker Elvir Koljic as Steven Gerrard looks to increase his options in the final third – and some Rangers fans are unsure over the signing.
Somewhat unknown to these shores, 23-year-old Koljic plays for Bosnian top-tier side FK Krupa and has begun the 2017-18 season in explosive form, scoring five goals in just three games.
Last season, he produced stats of 11 in 18, which saw the 6ft 3in forward earn a loan move to Polish outfit Lech Poznan. However, he failed to replicate his excellent form, failing to score in five appearances and suffering a long-term injury.
However, Koljic has won two caps for his country, and is renowned for his physical prowess and ability in the air. Rangers need a striker and Gerrard is said to be keen, to add to his options of Alfredo Morelos and Umar Sadiq.

Krupa’s President Drasko Ilic confirmed Rangers had made a bid as quoted by Bosnian outlet BIH, along with Panathinaikos, French side Red Star, Belgians and Waasland Beveren are all keen on the forward.
“We have a few days ago on the table with the offer of Panathinaikos, the French second-placed Red Star, Vassland Beveren, and yesterday and Glasgow Rangers, but we are not hurrying anywhere,” Ilic said.
Some Rangers fans have reacted to the news that Gerrard is interested in signing a striker that is hardly a household name in British football, with some unsure about signing Koljic, while some are excited.
