Some Liverpool fans on social media think that Jurgen Klopp shouldn’t have substituted Roberto Firmino against Aston Villa.
The Brazilian put in one of his better performances of the season against the Villans, but he was still hooked in the second-half.
Liverpool may have finally won at home, but they were far from convincing, and as much as we hate to say it, Sadio Mane wasn’t brilliant after he came on, wasting a glorious one-on-one opportunity in the last minute.
Firmino coming off left Liverpool struggling in an attacking sense, and if it weren’t for a bit of magic from Trent Alexander-Arnold, the Reds wouldn’t have picked up three points against Dean Smith’s side.
Luckily, Klopp got away with one here as a moment of brilliance bailed him out, but Liverpool fans were far from happy with his decision to take Firmino off against Villa.
