The Spain international central midfielder produced yet another masterclass performance in the middle of the park, as the German giants eased past Barca 8-2 to book their place in the semi-finals of Europe’s premier club competition.
According to WhoScored, the central midfielder took one shot which was not on target, had a pass accuracy of 96%, took 84 touches, attempted three dribbles, and made one tackle and one interception.
According to Bild, Liverpool are interested in signing Thiago from Bayern in the summer transfer window.
The German publication has claimed that the Reds have already made an approach to the Bundesliga outfit, with manager Jurgen Klopp seeing the 29-year-old as a great fit in his midfield.
