Liverpool fans have taken to Twitter to react after Mohamed Salah posted a photo on Instagram, after last night’s 3-2 win over AC Milan.
What’s the story?
Well, the Egypt international simply doesn’t rest.
At 2am, Salah posted a picture of himself swimming after his goal helped the Reds win their first Champions League game of the season.
Some have argued that he was simply warming down, although surely he would’ve done that shortly after full-time.
In our view, for him to be swimming – alone by the looks of it – suggests he’s doing his own personal work before heading to sleep.
The man is simply a machine.
For him to do this, after playing an intense Champions League game against a European giant, speaks volumes about how well Salah looks after his body.
How long could Mohamed Salah play for Liverpool?

At this rate, Salah could be playing at this level for Liverpool until he’s 35.
The 29-year-old seems to be getting better and better with each passing season, while his professionalism is admirable.
In our view, we see no reason why he can’t emulate what Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo and Zlatan Ibrahimovic are doing by playing late into their thirties.

In the modern era, many clubs shy away from players in their thirties – Chelsea even have a special contract policy for them (ESPN).
However, players seem to be fitter than ever nowadays. Is 29/30 the new prime age for a footballer, rather than 25/26?
It certainly looks that way.
For now, let’s see how the Liverpool fans on Twitter reacted to Salah’s Instagram post…
