
The 22nd of November 2021 will go down in history as one of the strangest evenings in Twitter history, and Aaron Ramsdale played a part in it.
At 7PM a space began on Twitter called Sing Your Dialect and for some reason, it caught the attention of almost everyone on the app.
The hashtag was the number one trend in the UK all night and so many celebrities and footballers got involved, from Zinedine Zidane to KSI, while even Nigel Farage got involved.
One of the first notable names to be noticed on the space was Arsenal’s Aaron Ramsdale, but the goalkeeper didn’t stick around all night.
In fact, the Gunners’ number one chose a very interesting time to leave the space, dropping out when one of the guests began to sing You’ll Never Walk Alone.
Of course, Liverpool fans were quick to notice that Ramsdale decided to turn off once their famous song began to play, and they found it absolutely hilarious.
To be fair, if we were in Ramsdale’s shoes we’d have done the same. After all, he did just concede four to Liverpool on Sunday.
