Some Leeds United fans react to Kemar Roofe and Jack Clarke playing last night

Some Leeds United fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to Kemar Roofe and Jack Clarke turning out for Rangers and Tottenham Hotspur respectively in the Europa League on Thursday evening.

Former Leeds players Roofe and Clarke were in action in the European competition last night.

Roofe made a substitute appearance for Rangers in their Europa League Group D game against Standard Liege in Belgium.

The 27-year-old striker scored the Gers’ second goal from inside his own half, as Steven Gerrard’s side won 2-0.

Roofe joined Anderlecht from Leeds in the summer of 2019 and moved to Rangers in the summer of 2020.

Clarke came on as a substitute for Tottenham against LASK at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

The 19-year-old winger almost scored a goal on what was his first competitive appearance for Spurs, who won the Europa League game 3-0.

As reported by The Sun, Tottenham paid Leeds £10 million in the summer of 2019 to sign Clarke on a permanent contract.
