Leeds United fans have had their say on Twitter as rumours emerge that Frank Lampard is set to be sacked by Chelsea today.
The Telegraph report that after 18 months, the London club will dismiss the Englishman from his role at Stamford Bridge.
Leeds fans have no love lost with Lampard after they clashed on many occasions during their days in the Championship.
From the spy-gate scandal to Derby knocking Leeds out of the Championship play-off semi-finals, it all made entertaining viewing in the end.
Therefore, it’s understandable that Leeds fans aren’t exactly sympathising with Lampard as he is set to be dismissed at the club where he built his legendry status.
Leeds themselves are six points behind ninth-placed Chelsea and if they win their game in hand then they would close that gap by three points.
