The Leeds United defender was an unused substitute as the Whites’ promotion hopes were ended on Wednesday.

Some Leeds United fans are worried they have seen the last of Pontus Jansson.
The popular Leeds defender was an unused substitute as the Whites’ promotion hopes were ended by Derby County on Wednesday.
Jansson missed Saturday’s first-leg win at Pride Park through injury and saw Gaetano Berardi keep his place alongside Liam Cooper.
Afterwards, the Sweden international was shown sitting alone against the Elland Road advertising hoardings as Derby staff celebrated coming from 2-0 down in the tie to win it 4-3.

And this is how those of a Leeds persuasion are reacting on Twitter…
Jansson has now spent three full seasons at Leeds, where he still has the same amount left on his contract.
The 28-year-old recently stressed the importance of United returning to the Premier League this time around.
But he could still end up playing there next season, should interest from top-flight clubs – Southampton, for instance – rekindle.
Which of Leeds’ players do you think will leave Elland Road this summer?
