Leeds United are reportedly interested in Oliver Norwood this summer, and many of the fans are excited by the links.

A number of Leeds United supporters have taken to Twitter to comment after the Yorkshire Evening Post reported earlier this week that the Whites have shown some interest in signing Oliver Norwood this summer.
Leeds go into the final hours of the transfer window in a much better place than they appeared to be in just a few weeks ago. A quiet start to the window and some underwhelming pre-season results suggested that Marcelo Bielsa may be in for a tough time at Elland Road, but things appear to have changed dramatically in recent times.
The Whites have pulled off a number of exciting signings – including the deals for Barry Douglas and Patrick Bamford – and kicked off the new Championship season with an exhilarating 3-1 win over Stoke City on Sunday.
Nevertheless, the club appear to be keen to get some final deals done before the initial deadline this week. The Yorkshire Evening Post suggests that Brighton midfielder Norwood is one player that the club have had their eye on this summer.

It remains to be seen if Leeds follow up on their initial interest, but it appears that a large number of supporters would like to see the 27-year-old arrive to bolster Bielsa’s midfield options.
Some have expressed their concerns over how necessary Norwood is as a signing – especially after Kalvin Phillips’ and Mateusz Klich’s masterclass at the weekend – but many appear to be willing the Whites to get something done for the Northern Ireland international, who has won promotion out of the Championship two years in a row after leaving the Seagulls for a loan spell at Fulham last season.
